Shop additions

I've added some of the new paintings to the shop! I had planned to do it this time last week, but you know how sometimes life gets away from you? This has been one of those weeks for me. 

Lots of exciting updates coming over here - I've been keeping a few secrets :) Those secrets will have to wait for now though because I'll be off the blog for the next week, J and I are off to Hawaii! We'll be visiting some of our very best friends who have called Maui home for the last few years (anyone else jealous of living in Maui BTW??) and getting some cloud inspiration. Enjoy your week!

inspiration

My sister Madeleine was in town with her husband Matt last week and J and I had so much fun with them! I love exploring the city with visitors, it always makes me appreciate all that DC has to offer that much more. Now they're gone and it's been a dreary start to the week in DC, but at least that means I'm not distracted by a beautiful day while I'm inside painting!

Lately I've been finding a lot of my inspiration on instagram - try searching #cloudstagram or #cloudobsessed if you're needing a little inspiration, and I'd love it if you sent me some clouds too :)

I've been painting my little heart out lately, but decided to add everything to the shop in one sitting to save time (it can take FOR-EV-ER!) With that in mind, here's a little sneak peek of one of the new guys, hopefully they'll be in the shop by the end of the week.
